I needed to have my car towed/removed from Point B to Point A ASAP. I tried using the number on the wallet-card but the text part kept telling me my policy number wasn’t a match in their system and to call my agent- which I did. The person who answered was Hector- he had a kind, patient, friendly voice. I explained my situation and he could have gone with other solutions, but, he calmed me by saying he would personally call a tow number for me, and he stayed on the line until the connection was made! In a few minutes the problem was solved! Thank you, Hector, for going above and beyond with your professional yet personal help!
