"Cancelled my insurance and allegedly sent me a letter in the mail. Called them after my autopayment didn't leave my account, and it took me a week to get through to someone. Turns out they cancelled my policy a MONTH ago, even though I kept getting emails about my upcoming payment. This just screwed me over getting a new policy as I've been uninsured for a month without knowing. Thanks for costing me a ton of money!!!"
